Rat Hybridoma Development

Two female Sprague Dawley rats will be immunized and rat-mouse hetero or rat-rat hybridoma will be developed through fusion of rat splenocytes or lymph node cells with myeloma cells. A proprietary protocol will be used to reduce half the processing and generate superior-quality, custom hybridomas within 2 months’ time or less.

With our Clone Express Immunization protocol, you can have hybridomas in 2 months or will have antibody guaranteed work for your applications.

DEVELOPMENT PACKAGES:

We provide specific packages designed to screen antibodies for your intended use, including:

-> Ab ELISA package
-> Ab Western package
-> Ab Histo package—specially designed to screen antibodies for IHC applications
