Antibody purification by Protein A/G.

Protein A/G Resins are effective for affinity purification of IgG from serum and other fluids of many species. Protein A/G is especially suited for polyclonal antibody purification because it binds the broadest range of antibody species and subclasses. Protein A/G also binds well to all mouse IgG subclasses but does not bind mouse IgA, IgM.

Antibody purification by Melon Gel

Melon Gel IgG Purification method provides for extremely fast, easy and mild purification of antibodies from serum and other sample types. Antibodies from many species are recovered with greater than 90% yield and greater than 80% purity. It is especially useful for rat IgG purification.

Mouse IgM purification

IgM binds poorly to Protein A and Protein G making one-step IgM purification difficult. We use an immobilized mannan binding protein (MBP) support, a most effective method for mouse IgM purification.
