Protein A binds specifically to the Fc region of immunoglobulin molecules, particularly to IgG. Our Protein A-Agarose has a tested binding capacity of 20 mg of rabbit IgG per mL of product.

Our Mouse mAb Concentration Quantification Kit enables easy determination of antibody concentration from culture supernatant and ascites. The kits included pre-coated ELISA plates, antibody detection and immunoglobulin subclass standards. The whole procedure requires less than 2 hours.
