Our ascites production Service includes:

    - Hybridoma cells expansion
    - Primed mice are injected with a hybridoma cell line
    - Both BALB/c and Nude mice are available;
    - Ascites fluid develops over the next 10-14 days and  is harvested over multiple taps
    - Ascites is pooled, centrifuged, and filtered
    - An average yield from BALB/c mice is 3-5mLs of ascites per mouse with an average antibody concentration of 3-5mg/mL

Balb/c mice

Our facility is capable of managing up to 2000 BALB/c mice for ascites production. We manage between 500 (single order) and 2000 (accumulated orders) nude mice.

Nude mice

Our facility is capable of managing up to 1000 Nude mice for ascites production. We manage between 200 (single order) and 1000 (accumulated orders) nude mice.

Cyto360 maintains all custom hybridoma and monoclonal antibody production information under the strictest confidentiality. All information and/or materials supplied by the client will be used as directed. Upon completion of the custom hybridoma or monoclonal antibody production project, all materials will be either returned or disposed of as directed by the client. Cyto360 is willing to execute confidentiality agreements with its clients.
